Too tired to cook? One 15-minute dinner that is better than takeout.
When you get a good loaf of bread from the bakery, ask them to slice it and keep it in a zip-top bag in the freezer. Then you can take out two slices and toast them anytime.
Don’t overlook the humble sandwich! Maybe you can take a look at thos leftovers and condiments in your fridge and reimagine them between two slices of bread. Or Ibérico ham and Manchego cheese with roasted or fresh vegetables, add a fried egg. It’s a spectacular sandwich. Sounds good!
